Chotu (Prabhas) a young boy gets separated from his brother Kailash (Mukul Dev) and his parents after he is abducted by a child-begging racketeer. As soon as he gets his first opportunity, Chotu strikes back and helps the police to nab his nemesis, and earns a Rupee in reward. Chotu then becomes an informer who helps the Police catch hold of the most dreaded gangsters in return for money.
