A young Victor’s pet dog Sparky (who stars in Victor home-made monster movies) when hit by a car, Victor takes to bring him back to life the only way he knows how. But the bolt-necked “monster” wreaks terror and havoc in the hearts of Victor’s neighbors, when, despite his appearance, Sparky is still the good loyal friend he has always been that (and his parents) have to convince them.
